General rule Because the services are digital in nature, payments are generally considered final once course access has been granted, course materials have been delivered, or attendance in a live or recorded session has started. Refund requests may be considered when - a duplicate payment was made for the same course or order - the customer was charged incorrectly because of a technical or administrative issue - the course was cancelled by us and no suitable replacement or rescheduling option was provided - the customer did not receive access to the purchased course because of a confirmed issue on our side and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time - the delivered course materially differed from the course description presented at the time of purchase Refunds will generally not be granted when - the customer changed their mind after payment - the learner failed to attend a live session for personal reasons - the learner did not use the course after receiving access - recorded content, downloadable materials, login credentials, or course access details were already shared - incorrect registration information or payment details were provided by the customer - a course was sold under a discount, bundle, promotion, or special offer and was clearly marked as non-refundable Request period and process Any refund request should be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment, provided the course has not been accessed, started, downloaded, or attended. To request a refund, the customer should contact us using the available contact method on the website and include full name, registered email address, course name, payment date, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the request. Review and processing All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
